Introduction

The pre-conference COMPLAS Course 2027 is an ECCOMAS Advanced Course.

This course will be held in conjunction with the 19th International Conference on Computational Plasticity - COMPLAS 2027, to take place in Barcelona, Spain, on 5–7 September 2027.

The pre-conference course is intended for participants interested in acquiring a detailed and in-depth understanding of the application of computational and finite element techniques to a broad range of plasticity and coupled multi-physics problems, particularly those involving finite strains, multiscale modelling, and advanced data-driven approaches.

The course may be attended independently from the conference; however, a reduced combined registration fee will be available for participants attending both events.
